Jimmy Zerella is a chef and market gardener with nearly two decades of experience across Australia and Europe, including Michelin-starred restaurants and the award-winning Relais & Châteaux restaurant at Hentley Farm. He now co-owns and operates Gardner’s Bay Farm in southern Tasmania, growing the seasonal vegetables and fruit he prepares and serves to his guests — an authentic farm-to-table experience shaped by Tasmania’s seasons, from seed and soil to harvest, kitchen and table.
