No parties are allowed without prior arrangement. The pool and spa are to be used by patrons who are capable swimmers and patrons do so at their own risk.

- Full payment is due 4 weeks before arrival.
- 1 night deposit is payable at the time of booking.
Full refund is available if cancelled a month before check in date of arrival.
50% refund is available of total accomodation payable if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
